Definition of the operating modes

  • Bars and places of entertainment
    Sell ​​beverages, generally for consumption on the spot, possibly with accompanying entertainment.
  • Cafes
    Catering establishments with the sale of food, in particular confectionery products and other cold dishes, generally for consumption on the spot, as well as the associated sale of beverages, possibly also with an accompanying entertainment program.
  • Caterer
